Lakeisha Palmer
Lakeisha is a trusted executive advisor with 26 years of human resources experience across financial services and telecommunications. She helps Boards, CEOs and executive teams align business and people strategy, lead transformation, strengthen leadership and build high performing organisations. Before founding ALIGN, she served as Group Head of Talent Development & Employee Experience across 23 markets at Digicel Group and as Interim Chief People Officer. She previously spent more than two decades at the Bank of Jamaica, including as Director of Learning & Development. Lakeisha is a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach and holds an Executive MBA from Florida International University.
People & Culture Strategist
Ashley Chin
Ashley is a forward thinking human resource executive and culture strategist with progressive experience across real estate, private equity, telecommunications, banking and life insurance. Her expertise spans culture transformation, leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR digitalisation and emerging talent programmes. Ashley holds an MSc in Human Resource Development and a BSc in Human Resource Management from The University of the West Indies. She is also certified as a Global Chief People Officer and in the strategic application of generative AI.
Learning & Development Specialist
Melonie Bruce
Melonie has more than eight years of experience designing learning solutions that strengthen individual capability and organisational performance. A trained adult educator, she brings expertise in adult learning, curriculum development, instructional design and learning strategy. Melonie holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with Distinction from The Mico University College, specialising in adult education. She is professionally certified in Adult Learning and Human Performance Improvement by the Association for Talent Development, where she is also a member.
