ALIGN Executive Partners was founded from a deep passion for developing people and strengthening organisations.
Founder and CEO Lakeisha Palmer brings 26 years of human resources experience across banking and telecommunications, including senior roles leading regional leadership, culture, talent and workforce transformation.
Across those experiences, one pattern became clear: organisations can have strong strategies and still struggle to deliver. Leadership may operate in silos. Culture may undermine the ambition. Critical capabilities may be missing. When these elements are misaligned, performance suffers.
